Supervisory board

YabandPay’s governance model is based on the principle of a clear, balanced and adequate organizational structure. It has established a sound internal governance structure whereby the governance structure takes into account a two-tier board structure, consisting of a Supervisory Board and Management Board.

This Supervisory Board is composed of only independent board members. The independent Supervisory Board supervises the Management Board and the general course of affairs within YabandPay.The Management Board is responsible for the overall day-to-day management and will ensure the execution of business operations and business continuity.
